30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. The product does not need to be unopened — we want you to actually try it.
How to request a refund
- Email support.sanmaninvestments@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
- We respond within 48 business hours.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What is covered
- One refund per customer per first-time order.
- Damaged or defective product on arrival: notify us within 7 days for a replacement at no charge.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Bulk orders (3+ bottles) where the customer has not made a good-faith effort to use the product.
- Refunds where shipment was returned to sender due to incorrect address provided by the customer (we will reship for a fee, or refund minus shipping).
Shipping costs
Original shipping was free (US orders). Return shipping is not required — we typically issue refunds without requiring product return. If we do request return, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Independent retailer note
This refund policy applies to orders fulfilled by SanMan Investments, the independent retailer. We are not the manufacturer of Aovitao Women Prebiotics. Manufacturer-level concerns (formulation, ingredient sourcing, label accuracy) should be directed to Aovitao directly.
